Paver installation at the 13th floor roof top, 9th floor Pool Deck and the Ground floor Driveway, Walkways and Seating Area
The pavers installed on level 13 and 9 were Artistic Shellstone 8x24 pavers in Ivory. The Ground level pavers were also Artistic Shellstone 8x12 Roadlock in Ivory, Tan, Chocolate, with some of the Ivory and Tan pavers having custom lines running on the 12” side of the paver. The only issues were: 1) Mobilizing the materials onsite due to no staging area provided near our work area. We had to use a pallet jack to move material to our working area. 2) Following the paver pattern precisely on the ground floor. We counted the lines on the plans to make sure everything was precise. 3) Making sure where the two installation types Sand set and Mud set pavers met on the ground level were at the same elevations. With our Superintendent Chris and Alberto's installation crew we were able to deliver an overall finished product that was just what our client had envisioned.

- Submitted by the specified due date
Negotiation &
Coordination with GC
Our Estimator & Sales Representative will work with you to review & discuss:
- Pricing
- Value engineering options
- Scope adjustments, clarifications or additional requests
- Until Finalized scope and cost is ready to be awarded
Award & Pre-Construction Phase
Once awarded, a Project Manager (PM) is assigned to the project.
Project Manager (PM)- Submittals & Shop drawings for approval
- Procurement Coordination – Ensuring materials arrive per schedule
- Project Updates – Managing any revisions or changes before work begins
Project Execution & Site Management
A Project Supervisor is assigned to oversee daily operations.
Perfect Paver’s Supervisor handles:- Workflow Scheduling – Keeping project on track.
- Labor & Crew Management – Ensuring proper workforce allocation.
- Material Deliveries – Coordinating just-in-time deliveries.
- Quality Control & Compliance – Ensuring the subcontractor’s work meets the project’s specifications and standards.
